AC PRIVATE, an ultra-luxury private concierge house dedicated to confidential lifestyle services, is seeking an exceptional Butler — Private Butler (M/F) to serve an A-list clientele across the private residences, mansions and exceptional properties of Milan. Guardian of refinement and discretion, you orchestrate the art of living of a house that works by referral only. This is no ordinary service role: you are the invisible conductor of our clients' daily life.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate household service : reception, table, cellar, silverware, protocol and etiquette.
Anticipate every wish with elegance : receptions, private dinners, stays and travel.
Supervise and train household staff; guarantee an impeccable standard of service.
Discreetly manage the household, suppliers and family schedules.
Ensure the confidentiality,
security and serenity of the home in Milan and during international travel.
Required Profile
Proven experience as a butler, majordomo or house manager for a demanding private clientele or in ultra-luxury hospitality.
Command of protocol, French and English service, oenology and UHNWI codes.
Absolute discretion, impeccable presentation and an innate sense of detail.
High availability, international mobility and fluent French and English; a further language is an asset.
