We are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our Finance team and support the commercial organization in driving profitable growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in FMCG environments who is eager to develop their career in business partnering. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, you will play a key role in monitoring commercial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and helping achieve business objectives.

Your Role
As Junior Business Controller, you will act as a financial business partner to the Commercial team, providing insights and analysis to support revenue growth,



profitability and effective decision-making.
You will work closely with Sales and Finance stakeholders, ensuring accurate performance monitoring and supporting planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control the commercial budget, including pricing, promotions, discounts and marketing investments.
Perform revenue and margin variance analysis by business unit, product, customer and market, comparing actual performance to budget and prior year results.
Support monthly closing activities, financial reporting, forecasting cycles and annual budget preparation.
Develop and evaluate business cases for new product launches and commercial initiatives.
Partner with the Sales team on pricing analysis, promotional evaluations and ad hoc business assessments.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
