About the Role
We are looking for a Tender Specialist to join our team and manage Aindo’s participation in public tenders and procurement opportunities at regional, national, and European level.
You will be responsible for managing the public tender process, including opportunities such as Consip, from identifying and assessing new opportunities to coordinating the preparation of the required documentation and ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
You will also work cross-functionally with the Finance team and other relevant teams, supporting grant applications as well as the administrative and financial reporting of funded projects.

A Few Examples of Your Responsibilities
Opportunity Management: continuously monitor and evaluate public tenders and national/EU funding opportunities aligned with Aindo’s strategy,



supporting leadership in identifying the most relevant opportunities.
Tender Management: manage the end-to-end tender process, from requirements analysis and opportunity assessment to documentation, internal coordination, submission and post-submission follow-up.
Legal & Compliance: prepare and review administrative documentation, declarations, certifications and contractual requirements, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations and applicable legal requirements.
Grant Applications & Financial Reporting: support the finance department in the preparation and submission of grant applications and manage the administrative and financial reporting of funded projects, including the collection and verification of supporting documentation, tracking of deliverables and deadlines, and preparation and submission of technical and financial reports.
