Position Summary
The Senior Sales Consultant will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through proactive, consultative, phone-based sales and effective lead management.
As a senior member of the sales team,



you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from qualifying and understanding inbound leads to presenting tailored solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully closing deals. You will build strong, long-term relationships with customers while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Beyond managing your own pipeline and achieving ambitious sales targets, you will contribute to improving sales processes, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting the wider sales team with your experience, commercial insight, and best practices.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys the challenge of closing deals, and takes genuine ownership of delivering results.
