Job Summary

The HR Generalist provides full-scope HR Business Partner support for a large and diverse employee population, typically 350–600 employees or 25–40 supervisors/managers. This role independently manages higher volume, complexity, and risk across employee relations, HR program execution, labor compliance, and workforce support. The Senior HR Generalist partners closely with supervisors, managers, and functional or site leaders to deliver effective and consistent HR solutions that support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities




- Provide end-to-end HR Business Partner support for a large employee population, covering employee relations, HR programs, labor compliance, workforce planning inputs, and employee experience.
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to supervisors, managers, and functional leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, workforce issues, and people management decisions.
- Independently manage complex and high-volume employee relations cases, including investigations, documentation, and resolution recommendations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policy, and risk management standards.
- Execute core HR processes at scale, including hiring and onboarding support, performance management cycles, corrective action, employee engagement initiatives, and employee separation processes.
