We are seeking an entrepreneurial technical professional to pioneer MIM technology adoption and drive new business development across European industrial markets. This is not a traditional sales role; you are a Technology Evangelist. Market Pioneering & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive "Go-to-Market" strategy to establish Yibi as the MIM technology leader in Europe. Identify "blue ocean" opportunities in sectors where traditional manufacturing (CNC/Casting) can be replaced by MIM for better ROI.




Technical Consulting & Design Optimization: Lead collaborative "Design for Manufacturability" (DfM) sessions with client engineering teams. Strategic Client Acquisition: Lead the entire acquisition process from initial technical pitch to project implementation. Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through systematic market mapping and targeted outreach.
Establish Yibi’s authority in the European market by representing the company at industry conferences, delivering technical workshops, and developing case studies that demonstrate our innovative edge.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field is mandatory.
Experience: 5+ years of success in technical business development or application engineering within precision manufacturing (MIM, Die Casting, or CNC experience preferred).
Market Knowledge: Proven track record of introducing new manufacturing technol
