The Role:
We are urgently hiring two Sales & Growth Executives with 2-3 years of experience for a frontline, high-impact position.

These roles will directly support the Sales Team, the Managing Director, and the CEO, contributing to commercial development, strategic initiatives, and revenue growth.

This is a visible and merit-based position, designed for professionals who want to grow alongside a company that is scaling rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation
- Coordinate client communications and follow-ups




- Contribute to pipeline development and key account management
- Manage and continuously update the company CRM, ensuring accuracy and strategic use of data
- Support strategic growth initiatives led by top management
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to commercial reporting
- Participate in international industry events and business meetings

Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in consulting, professional services, or structured service environments
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tool
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluent English (mandatory)
