Job Description Summary:The Event Specialist plays a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering Nadara’s internal and external events. The position ensures that every event supports Nadara’s brand identity, business objectives, and stakeholder engagement strategy.
Provide support in leading key objectives of the Events Strategy, balancing the supervision of event organization with hands‑on duties. This person will bring creativity and clarity to often complex messaging with enthusiasm.
Role and Responsibilities
- Being part of an exciting and dynamic role that involves managing multiple events in a fast‑paced environment.
- Execute and coordinate end‑to‑end event activities, including the management of logistics and suppliers
- Strong collaboration in developing event concepts, meeting timelines, managing process documentation, and supporting budget tracking and administrative tasks for events and sponsorships.
- Lead on‑site execution.
- Collaborate with Branding, Internal Communications, and Digital teams.
- Support content creation for LinkedIn, website, SharePoint, Viva Engage.
- Coordinate speakers, VIP guests, partners, and stakeholders.
