Responsabilities:




The Junior Commercial Management Officer - Contract Acquisition supports the acquisition of new aerospace contracts by assisting in bid and proposal activities and providing operational and analytical support throughout the tender process.

The role contributes to the preparation of compliant and competitive offers and supports commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial objectives, contractual requirements, and risk guidelines.

Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and customer offers (RFPs/RFQs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer and internal requirements;
- Support the development of commercial proposals, including terms and conditions, assumptions, and exclusions;
- Prepare basic financial and commercial analyses to evaluate contractual risks;
- Collect and consolidate inputs from Technical, Engineering, Program Management, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support proposal development;
