The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Bar Hoste/Hostess.
The Bar Hoste/Hostess will report to the Bar Manager and she/he will be part of a F&B; department.
This is a seasonal tempo pieno role (5 working days, 2 days off - H 12:30 - 21:00)

What you’ll do
- Ensure guests are welcomed in a warm and professional manner and supervise the entrance of the restaurant
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu content.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all standards
- Liaising with Event and the restaurant team for special events and occasions
- Liaising with other departments (F&B;, Sales and Front Office) for VIP guests and special celebrations
- Supply guests with directions and informati
