One of the most significant logistics leadership roles in the company.As the Site Leader of the Distribution Centers in South Germany, you will lead Digitec Galaxus’ logistics platform in Neuenburg am Rhein — a first logistics site already in operation and a second site entering ramp-up. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a key role in shaping this platform’s future success. This requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure the efficiency and further development of our logistics processes.

- Own the full strategic and operational leadership of both logistics sites in Neuenburg am Rhein
- Translate Galaxus’ supply chain strategy and growth ambitions into a scalable, high-performing logistics setup
- Lead the ramp-up of the second site from go-live to full operational maturity, ensuring a successful integration into the broader logistics network
- Build and develop a strong cross-site management team capable of delivering operational excellence at scale
- Hold end-to-end accountability for all logistics processes as well as critical support functions including Facility Management, Health & Safety, and Quality
- Drive service, productivity, and cost efficiency through clear operational standards, strong performance management, and continuous improvement
