The position is based in Milan/London. You will report to VP Business operation & financial & work closely with Merchandising & cross-functional teams to streamline processes & contribute to the development the projects.
Duty & Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize excess stock and reduce stockouts.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and maintain optimal stock levels.
Product Management:
- Analyze market trends and customer demand to inform product selection and pricing strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and merchandise displays that maximize product visibility.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from inception to discontinuation, ensuring timely launches and phase-outs.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize inventory management software and tools to track product performance and generate reports.
- Analyze sales data and inventory turnover rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and marketing teams to align inventory with sales forecasts and promotional activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on inventory management best practices and systems.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and inventory management best practices.
- Continuously assess and improve inventory management processes for efficiency and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €63,000.00 - €75,000.00 per year
