Job Description Summary:We are looking for an Head of Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing to lead our tax strategy and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with both Italian regulations and international standards.



This role offers the opportunity to contribute to Nadara’s tax function in a dynamic, multinational environment committed to sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all direct tax activities for Italian legal entities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Oversee transfer pricing strategy and documentation at Group level, coordinating Master File and Local Files in line with OECD guidelines and country-specific requirements.
- Drive implementation and monitoring of CbCR and Pillar II frameworks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Supervise tax consolidation regime and related compliance activities, providing strategic input to optimize tax positions.
- Advise on complex tax matters including PEs, CFCs, anti-hybrid rules, and cross-border structuring.
- Manage withholding tax compliance on intercompany flows and third-party transactions, assessing impacts of extraordinary deals.
