Summary:
The main purpose of this role is to perform all duties related the Service Department. Reporting directly to the Service Managerwill have the responsibility to support the department’s activities, helping with the day-to-day operations of traveling and general planning activites

Key responsibilities
- Booking travel reservations and managing itineraries
- Providing administrative support, including answering phone calls, handling mail, maintaining contact with travel agencies, and enrolling in specific client portals
- Coordinating with external providers, guides, drivers, and other support staff to ensure the smooth operation of trips
- Collecting payments and handling incidental cash transactions during trips
- Serving as a liaison between employees and travel companies,



resolving issues that may arise during travel
- Planning and selling transportation, accommodation, insurance, and other travel-related services

Required qualification
- High School Certificate
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English

Required experience, knowledge & skills:
- Expertise in general organization
- Knowledge of computer reservations systems, e-travelling
- Ability to interact, communicate effectively
- Adherence to deadlines
- Fluent English
