- Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Leading microbiological testing activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across Quality Control processes. In this role, you will supervise laboratory operations, develop analytical methods,
and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive excellence in quality and innovation.
- Overseeing and ensuring the planning and execution of microbiological analysis for packaging materials, raw materials, semi‑finished and finished products, in compliance with GMP and internal procedures.
- Coordinating microbiology laboratory personnel, ensuring competence, engagement, and development.
- Supporting the Head of Quality Control in implementing programs aimed at improving processes and product quality, contributing to investment plans and budget preparation for the microbiology area.
- Managing microbiological analysis related to ICH stability studies and follow-up programs and ensuring timely execution of environmental monitoring (air, water, surfaces, equipment).
