About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute regional logistics and distribution strategies aligned with global governance and business priorities
- Cost & Performance Management: Drive freight and distribution cost transparency through advanced dashboards, reporting, and analytics; identify optimization opportunities
- Network Optimization:



Lead continuous improvement projects across freight, distribution, and logistics networks to enhance efficiency and service levels
- Partner Management: Manage and develop strategic relationships with 3PL/4PL providers, including performance management, KPI delivery, and contract negotiations
- Process Excellence:Design and maintain logistics operating models, processes, SOPs, and standards including freight audit/pay and master data management
- Systems Enablement:Support ERP, TMS, and related system development and standardization initiatives
- Compliance & Safety:Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are consistently met or exceeded
