The Director of Operations of Collegio alla Querce will be charged with the oversight of operations for the property to become a one-of-a-kind iconic resort that attracts an affluent clientele interested in culinary, wellness, adventure between buzzy Florence and the beauty and charm of the Tuscan countryside.
They will develop a local culture that attracts top tier talent and connects to the community. They will lead the recruitment efforts so we will allow us to be the employer of choice in Florence, Auberge’s third property in Europe and build a loyal base of advocates creating one of the most coveted and special destinations in Italy.
