- Managing relations with customers and agents;
- Managing data exchanges between clients and Arcese;
- Providing customer assistance by ensuring continuous feedbacks;
- Analyzing critical operational or customer-related issues;
- Interfacing and support to the operations department.

WHO YOU ARE:
- You hold an High School Diploma;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office;
- You are fluent in English;
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- You have great problem solving skills.
