WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
At nVent Customer Service Teams are imperative for the successful delivery of products and services, as well as regular support, both during pre-buying as well as after the order has been placed.
- Order Management: Order entry, order modifications, debit/credit notes, re-schedule, cancellations, invoicing.:
- Quoting: All quotations are created in our Quoting System, EQS and are followed up in CRM.:
- Product Support: Customer Service provides first line product support including queries on price/availability.:
- Administration: Creation and modification of customers in M3, creation and maintenance of sales agreements, user accounts, and other related tasks.
A dedicated training program, in line with the functions described above, is delivered to new and existing employees.



The program is made of the different blocks with the following training materials.
- Order Management,
- Quoting;
- Product Support;
- Non-conformity;
- Training;
- Administration.

YOU HAVE:
- Vocational training on electrical knowledge
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Customer Service or Sales setting required
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate confidently with both technically trained and non-technical customers
- Good understanding of customer priorities. Considers customer satisfaction a permanent objective.
- Courtesy and tact as the exchange of information within own team is part of the job.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Knowledge of electronic ordering systems
- Ability to multi-task and juggle shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests
- Strong ability to write and talk in English
- Experience with Infor M3 ERP software (preferred)
