We are looking for our next Director Sales Pulp to lead and optimize Billerud's commercial activities in pulp sales, ensuring a competitive and sustainable pulp sales portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Lead and optimize Billerud's pulp sales activities, ensuring the best possible commercial outcomes through effective market positioning and pricing strategies.
Maximize profitability and value creation within the pulp business by continuously identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance, margins, and market competitiveness.
Monitor and analyze market developments, customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, translating insights into actionable business strategies, and sharing knowledge across the organization.
Develop and maintain integrated sales plans for pulp,



aligning commercial activities with production capabilities, business requirements, and overall company objectives.
Drive the development and execution of marketing and commercial strategies, including sales tools, market communication, and go-to-market initiatives in close collaboration with the Marketing team.

Qualifications

Deep commercial expertise and a strong industry network, with extensive knowledge of the global pulp market, key customers, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
Demonstrated success in senior commercial or industry-related roles, including at least 5 years of relevant experience within the pulp, paper, forest products, or adjacent industries.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Forestry, or a related field.
Experience in international business environments and negotiations.
Strong understanding of sales, and market development within the pulp value cha
