Contribute to marketing plans to grow the business in specific regions and countries
Spread and foster product value propositions and unique selling points
Drive customer-centricity initiatives within factories
Evaluate growth opportunities through market analyses
Contribute to business plans for new product developments or homologations
Execute global demand monitoring and allocation processes
Maintain Power BI dashboards and master data
Coordinate data collection across factories
Introduce innovative solutions to streamline processes
Maintain and consolidate the global pipeline
Coordinate periodic updates and stakeholder alignment in key countries
Contribute to business and product portfolio strategies for OEMs, Panel Builders, and Distributors




Develop global product marketing content for internal and external presentations
Requirements Degree in mechanical, electrical or management engineering combined with business experience in switchgear or electrical components' areas
Strong track record in fostering a culture of innovation and marketing
Customer focus across several countries, markets or products
Collaborative "one level up" thinking and ability to team up across the organization
