In this hybrid role based in Milan, you support the retention, growth, and optimization of long-tail host entrepreneurs. You will build and nurture relationships, guide pricing and listing improvements, and help hosts maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. You’ll also contribute to scalable education programs for the team and participate in cross-functional feedback to improve the platform. This role combines one-to-one account management with broader, team-wide initiatives to help hosts thrive on Airbnb.

- Manage a book of business of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts to ensure retention, growth, and optimization
- Conduct onboarding and optimization conversations, advising on pricing, availability, and listing quality
- Secure availability on high compression dates to maximize host revenue
- Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, and relay feedback to internal teams
- Respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities to boost bookings
- Develop lasting relationships and provide ongoing, tailored support
- 3+ years in new sales, account management, or partner support
- 2+ years in hospitality/travel industry (nice to have)
- Strong time management and prioritization with multiple accounts
- Proven experience managing a book of business and driving engagement
- Goal-driven with persistence and action orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, in-person)
- CRM proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus
