La retribuzione annua base prevista per questa posizione è compresa tra EUR 27.000 e EUR 32.000. CCNL applicato: Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. Il posizionamento all'interno del range sarà definito in funzione dell'esperienza e delle competenze del/la candidato/a in relazione ai requisiti del ruolo. Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle & HR Administration
• Contribute to the HR administration activities of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, contract amendments, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Prepare, maintain, and archive employee documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Support payroll administration by managing attendance records, expense reports, employee requests, and preparing payroll inputs for the external payroll provider.
• Liaise with payroll providers and labor consultants to ensure accurate and compliant HR administration.
• Maintain accurate employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and internal procedures.
