Authorised Repair Centre Coordinator

Position Overview
Authorised Repair Centre coordinators are a highly important role in several aspects.
Technical support and follow up on issues are a key part of the satisfaction of our Authorised Repair Centres.
Technical skilled coordinator which is responsible to coordinate all issues between our Authorised Repair Centre network and ESAB. Escalate issues to the appropriate line managers.




Duties & Responsibilities

Daily implementation of the safety culture and driving of safety improvement initiatives.
Responsible for compliance with all legal, tariff and operational rules.
Improve the level of service delivery/quality to a world-class standard.
Act as key point of contact for our Authorised Repair Centres.
Warranty handling with our Authorised Repair Centres.
Responsible for training of the personnel for our Authorised Repair Centres.
Responsible for quality control and auditing of our Authorised Repair Centres.
Responsible for the technically correct support towards our Authorised Repair Centres.
Escalate issues or support needed to appropriate ESAB stakeholders
Fault diagnosis and correction remotely and, if necessary, at the customer's and/or Authorized Repair Centres premises
Supporting the ESAB sales force on technical issues.
