Banner Staffing Services (BSS) offers Registry/Per Diem opportunities within Banner Health. Registry/Per Diem positions are utilized as needed within our facilities. These positions are great way to start your career with Banner Health. As a BSS team member, you are eligible to apply (at any time) as an internal applicant to any regular opportunities within Banner Health. When working per Diem you must work at least 2 shifts a month.
As a Banner Home Health Physical Therapist, you will enjoy working in sub‑assigned geographic territories with smaller travel distances than many other agencies. You will enjoy an autonomous but supportive work environment and have the option to work pay per visit or hourly.
We offer mileage reimbursement and will provide you a company cell phone and a tablet for documentation in our electronic medical record system (Home Care Home Base).
Registry/Per Diem positions do not have guaranteed hours and no medical benefits package is offered. Completion of post‑offer Occupational Health physical assessment, drug screen and background check (includes; employment, criminal and education) is required.

Training
- 30-60 day
- Working at minimum 1 day per week (Days can vary from week to week depending on class schedule.)
- Monday- Friday
- 8:00am- 5:00pm
After Training
- PRN Position
- Call Outs/ PTO/ Leave
- Monday- Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
- Minimum of 2 shifts per month
