The Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Enrollment Adviso r to join our EF Academy team in Milan and take end-to-end ownership of the student journey, from initial recruitment and consultation through enrollment and all post-enrollment activities leading up to the student's arrival on campus.
The role combines student recruitment, consultative sales and customer care. You will be responsible not only for recruiting and enrolling students from the Italian market, but also for ensuring that enrolled students and their families receive an outstanding experience and are fully prepared to start their journey at our international boarding schools in Oxford, New York, and California.
Fluency in Italian, English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position.

- Manage relationships with prospective students and parents, from initial inquiry through enrollment and all the way to the student's arriv
