Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Management of the Civil, Structural,



and Architectural packages under your control, reporting to the CSA Manager.
- Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Project Manager, CSA Manager and the Mercury Safety Advisor. This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.
- Management of QA in conjunction with Mercury QA Manager including set up, management and close out of file. Responsible for making sure the subcontractor follows Mercury QA/QC procedures or escalation on time. Responsible for performing due diligence on Supervisors checklists and make sure it is up to standard. Promotion of the Mercury engineering ethos regarding quality and safety, especially BER 2 Campus working procedures.
- Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Mercury CSA Manager, Project manager, consulting Engineer and Client requirements. Responsible for making sure the subcontractor
