Responsibilities:
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform daily activities concerning Foreign Income Payments (coupons, redemptions and dividends)
- Perform the reconciliation of the income payments between custodian and our internal results
- Collect Custodians information concerning Foreign Income Payments
- Reconciliation of preliminary notifications & final confirmations (actual funds received)
- Process the events in CAD 2.0 system in order to inform the beneficial holders about the income details and credit the incomes in clients account
- Support Client's requests and complains, providing solutions and answers
Profile required:
Studies & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree Economics/Social studies
- Preferably prior experience in Financial Industry
Language skills:
- Italian: C2
- English: B2
