Job Summary

Field Service Technician is responsible for the commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, and warranty support of compressors and systems at customer sites. The role includes performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, functional testing, to ensure that each compressor is properly started up, maintained, and restored according to the company’s technical, safety, and quality standards

Responsibilities
- Perform commissioning of equipment and systems at customer sites.




- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Provide on‑site warranty support, including fault assessment and repair within warranty terms.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and feedback for internal teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer service to resolve complex issues.
- Train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality guidelines during all field activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory in an organized and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
- Strong electrical background, with the ability to read wiring diagrams.
- Solid foundational mechanical skills, with specific focus on the disassembly and reassembly of skid components and associated piping.
