Role Overview
As Manager, Commercial for Italy, you will lead a team of Commercial Managers within PlayStation’s Global Channel Sales & Operations (CSO) organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Sales for the territory,
you will work closely with the Commercial Managers, Commercial Planning and Business Analysts Teams to implement and execute the commercial strategy across physical and digital retail channels, driving revenue growth and profitability.
_ This role is hybrid and based out of our office in Rome 3 days a week._
What You’ll Be Doing
This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, the Italian retail landscape and entertainment industry trends. You will also manage commercial relationships with key accounts and top retail partners to ensure strong execution and achievement of business objectives.
Commercial Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Commercial Planning and Business Analysts Teams to develop and implement the Italian commercial strategy, in conjunction with Global commercial strategy
- Manage the Commercial Managers team to delivery revenue objectives and hit targets across PlayStation’s
