The program has a duration of 24 months, with 2 rotations among different functions, brands and countries.
Throughout the program, you will be exposed to our business leaders and have unparalleled networking opportunities both with them and among other graduates & team members.



You will gain a broad view of our business from outside your initial area of expertise to help you grow and develop your project management and leadership skills.You will be assigned a mentor, who will coach you personally. Through systematic, quality feedback, you will achieve self-insight (strengths/weaknesses) and improve your self-management in order to achieve your goals.The rotations in the ITP include: Finance, Controlling, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Information Technology or Operations and Development.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a select role within one of our business units based on your preferences and our needs.What do you bringEducation and Professional Experience:
- Strong interest in Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing (preferred)
- Maximum 1 years of work experience (preferrable)
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Fluency in French (C1)
