Position Overview
We are currently looking to complete our front office team with full-time receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional individual who enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Providing concierge services and assisting guests with requests
- Handling administrative tasks and front office operations
- Managing orders and coordination with internal departments
- Ensuring high standards of guest service and communication
- Supporting the daily operations of the hotel

Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)




- Professional, responsible, and well-presented
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred

Working Conditions
- Full-time position - 6 days per week:
- Rotating shifts:
- 08:00 - 15:00
- 10:00 - 17:00
- 15:00 - 22:00
- Employment contract under CCNL Alberghi
