What you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;- Strong team coordination and communication skills;- Fluency in English and Italian;- A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure;- A people-first mindset with a strong eye for guest experience and team wellbeing;- Confidence with digital tools, booking systems, and hospitality tech;- Previous hostel experience is a big premio.

What you’ll be doing:
