- The Role:_
Mission
Job description
- Provide remote technical support and organize trainings for Official Dealers in relation to specific products
- Check constantly ECB bulletins and the technical documentation related to the products part of our portfolio
- Handle through dedicated tools the requests of technical support, certifications and documentation raised by customers
- Keep customers updated about the actions required, related to ECB with priority I and II
- Handle warranty requests, following the whole approval/rejection cycle, checking invoices and reports to Product Company through the dedicated tools
- Report eventual technical issues to the product company
- Keep a constant relationship with the Product Companies and specifically with technical support
- Support colleagues whenever possible in relation to the area of competence
- Occasional travel to customer sites and workshops / offices
- What we expect from you:_
Experience requirements
- Know-how about industrial environment
- Proven experience in maintenance services on industrial equipment
- Customer orientated and reliable
- Technical expertise, combining mechanical and electrical components
- Excellent communication skills to work at all levels within an organization
- Experience in compressed air technology or related products will be an asset
Knowledge
- Fluent in English (other language will be an advantage)
- Strong PC skills with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge about PLCs and Inverters will be a plus
- Driving license
