- Research and connect with potential clients for embroideries in luxury fashion and interiors space.
- Set up meetings to present our embroidery samples and products for fashion and interiors to clients.
- Assist the Head of Sampling and Production Coordination.
- Manage the swatch inventory
- Help manage the showroom.
- Manage sampling and production orders from clients.




- Prepare accurate purchase orders based on client specifications for the factory teams in Mumbai.
- Track and follow up on sampling orders, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive season-wise records of all orders received for reference and analysis.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with existing clients to discuss seasonal orders and requirements.
- Monitor sampling received each season and liaise with clients for production follow-ups.
- Assist in payment collection against invoices from clients, if necessary, ensuring financial transactions are handled smoothly.
