Who we are looking for – International Admissions Advisor:
We are looking for a dynamic individual specialized in recruitment, consulting, and sales. This role is essential for communicating the unique value of our programs and for increasing student enrollments, contributing to the achievement of our ambitious growth objectives. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand how our programs can advance their careers and guiding them through the enrollment process.
This is a goal-oriented role, with a strong focus on sales and customer acquisition,
ideal for individuals with experience in B2C sales or recruitment who enjoy working in high-performance and fast-paced environments.
Start Date: October 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact prospective students based on their availability.
Conduct engaging video consultations to showcase the value of our programs.
Guide students through the qualification process and ensure they complete enrollment within the set deadlines.
Handle objections and overcome potential challenges related to enrollment deadlines.
Actively collaborate with your team and manager to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Maintain a solution-oriented approach to achieving results in the recruitment field.
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience in B2C sales, with a solid understanding of inside sales and consultative or solution-oriented selling.
Background in recruitment, career counseling, or sales in the educat
