You will support the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects, helping to develop mechanical designs from concept through to commissioning. You will play an important role in ensuring performance, resilience and compliance across project solutions.

Technical development & innovation

You will contribute to the design of mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, CRAC units and fire protection systems while developing your technical expertise and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with clients and project stakeholders across Europe, helping to deliver high-quality engineering solutions and gaining valuable experience within a client-facing environment.

You will work alongside experienced engineers and industry specialists, benefiting from mentoring, technical development and opportunities to expand your professional expertise.

Cross-disciplinary collaboration

You will work closely with electrical, structural, architectural, sustainability and BIM specialists to deliver integrated, efficient and cost-effective project solutions.

- Experience in mechanical building services design, ideally within mission-critical environments such as data centres, healthcare or high-tech manufacturing.
- Good understanding of thermodynamics,



fluid mechanics and energy modelling principles.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, IES VE and CFD simulation software.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Membership of a recognised professional institution (e.g. CIBSE or IMechE) would be advantageous.
