Position Summary

We are looking for an AI & Manufacturing Innovation Engineer with a strong technological and industrial mindset, who will lead the study, development and introduction of advanced robotics solutions, including Automated Assistants and AI, within our manufacturing plants.The role will be central in transforming the company’s operating model toward a smart factory, also through Physical AI applications.

Essential Responsibilities

Strategy and InnovationDefine the roadmap for introducing AI and advanced robotics into industrial processesIdentify high-impact use cases in areas such as quality, productivity, safety and cost savingsCollaborate with HQ and technology partners for scouting and experimentationTechnology ImplementationLead projects related to:Advanced and collaborative robotics, including cobots, AMRs and automated assistantsAI-based vision systems for automated quality controlMachine Learning for predictive maintenance and process optimizationIntroduction of AI solutions into existing production systemsIndustrializationTranslate prototypes and Proofs of Concept into scalable production solutionsSupport Manufacturing Engineering and Operations in their adoptionEnsure the robustness,



safety and ROI of the implemented solutionsGovernance & Capability BuildingBuild internal capabilities in AI and roboticsDefine standards, guidelines and best practicesCollaborate with IT/Data teams on infrastructure and data management

Position Requirements
