As a Junior Product Specialist within the Home Energy Management (HEM) and Demand Response (DR) area, you will support the Product Management team in the definition and development of innovative HEM &DR; solutions across the Ariston Group.
The role offers exposure to both business and technical aspects, enabling you to work closely with cross-funcional teams and contribute to shaping new solutions.
What You’ll Do
Deep analysisof market dynamics,



customer trends and competitors to contribute to product insighits and opportunity identification
Assist in gathering and structuring business and functional requirements for HEM and DR solutions
Contribute to the preparation of product documentation, presentations and internal reports
Support project coordination by tracking tasks and monitoring progress, helping identify risks or improvement areas
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D;, Connectivity, Electronics) to follow the development of product features
Partecipate in meetings and workshop with internal teams and external partners
What We’re Looking For
Master's degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Electronics) or Economics/Business with a technical focus
Strong interest in Home Energy Management, connected products or energy systems
Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn
Good communicayion skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Fluency in English and Italian, German is a plus
