/ppCompensation: RAL *****K, CCNL Metalworking Industry /ppWorkplace: Florence /ph3Responsabilità /h3pAs an EP Project Controller, you will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial integrity, project profitability and effective risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
/ppYou will be responsible for: /pulliPartnering with Project Managers to provide financial governance and control over project costs and performance; /liliLeading Project Margin Reviews to determine project profitability and support revenue recognition activities; /liliAssessing project exposures, risks, opportunities, and cost estimates, including defining requirements for reserves where necessary; /liliPerforming detailed variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and benchmarks to identify productivity and margin improvement opportunities; /liliSupporting project forecasting, financial reporting,



and cash flow management activities; /liliDriving continuous process improvement initiatives and contributing to strategic digitization and simplification projects, including systems implementations, cross-functional process enhancements, and automation initiatives (RPA); /liliEnsuring compliance with company policies, financial controls, and accounting standards; /liliPerforming additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
/li /ulh3Functie-eisen /h3pTo be successful in this role, you will: /pulliBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university; /liliRelevant professional experience, preferably within the finance organization of a multinational company; /liliExperience working with financial systems and reporting tools such as Oracle; /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data; /liliFluent English, both written and spoken.
