Review the quality of Meat, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs, and other perishable items during the inbound at Amazon LPC (DC), spokes (UFF-FCs) and vendors
#Audit the quality during picking & packing process performed by the LPC associates
#Perform weekly audit of Bins and share weekly/daily report with the stakeholders
#Train the spoke and DC associates on quality, SOPs and packaging.

Quality of Meat, Seafood, Produce and Perishable is a critical objective for Amazon Fresh and one of the two differentiators for Amazon Fresh customers. Bachelor's degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing
