As a Contracts Manager you will play a critical role in securing competitive hotel contracts for your assigned market, one of the most competitive and strategically important destinations in our portfolio. Contract negotiation: Negotiate and secure contracts with hotels in your allocated regions to meet the company’s KPIs, including the number and mix of hotels, competitive pricing and availability, and the revenue performance of hotels in your portfolio.
Relationship management: Regularly review the performance of contracted hotels, addressing issues related to pricing, availability, or quality.
Strategic collaboration: Collaborate with the regional leadership to develop and implement effective contracting strategies.
Monitor and analyse destination performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
Minimum 2 years of contracting experience in the hotel industry (OTAs, bed banks, or tour operators).
Strong negotiation skills,



the ability to secure favourable terms while preserving long-term partner relationships.
Confident working with performance data, pricing models, and market trends to make informed decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with online distribution platforms.
Experience working across multiple European markets.
Understanding of both dynamic and static contracting models.
