At Blackboard we are building a portfolio of AI-native consumer apps.

We started with Kiwi AI, an education app we launched just a few months ago and now used by more than a million students in Italy and Spain only.

At the moment, we are working to expand into new geographies aiming for 10 million users in the next twelve months. Growth runs organically on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

The role

You’ll have the chance to lead our expansion in the region owning a pod of 15–20 Dutch-speaking UGC creators end to end, which includes: recruiting, briefing, coaching, reviewing their output and turning what works into systems the rest of the team can reuse.

What you’ll actually do

Daily

- Review the previous day’s posts across your pod, what landed, what didn’t, and why
- Give creators direct, specific feedback; approve videos before they go out, or send them back with clear notes
- Work your burner account to find formats and references worth testing next week
- Clear your queue in our CRM

Weekly

- Write the content brief for your pod: proven references to replicate, plus new formats to test (together with the Content Lead)
- Run 1:1s with creators
- Report performance to the CMO and the other pod owners - what you tried, what worked, what you’re changing
- Build the relationships that make your pod feel like a group rather than a list of contractors

Ongoing

- Design TikTok-native hooks, concepts, and formats that can be tested and scaled across campaigns
- Run high-volume experiments on hooks, pacing, text styles, CTAs, and formats, and find the patterns
- Turn wins into templates, frameworks, and playbooks
- Onboard new creators into your pod as it grows

What we’re looking for
- You already live on short-form platforms. You understand why a certain content or format works. You are up to date with what’s peaking right now and what’s not trending anymore.
- You’re comfortable managing people.



Giving creators unbiased and direct feedback without compromising your relationship with them.
- You think in systems. When something works twice, your instinct is to write down and understand why, so you can scale it.
- You’re data-driven. You can read the contents performance dashboard, form a hypothesis, and design the test that checks it.
- You have taste. You care about the difference between content that technically fits the brief and content people actually like.

Requirements
- Native or bilingual fluency in Dutch
- Fluent in English
- Based in Europe and registered as self-employed
- Experience creating, managing, or growing short-form social content
- Available to travel to Milan occasionally, at our expense, and join other fun retreats we may plan

Compensation
- Monthly: €1.800/month + a variable component based on objective pod-level KPIs

For the first month, the fixed component is set at €1.500 while we gradually introduce and onboard you to our systems.
