/li liLead the planning and implementation of a project while facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables using the ProjectSolutions project management compliance matrix.
/li liManage project staff, ensure preparation and approval of all applicable project documentation, and ensure project scope is accomplished within schedule and budget.
/li liLiaise with project stakeholders on a routine basis.
/li liIdentify and manage scope changes, ensuring changes to the Statement of Work are documented and communicated to the customer and management.
/li liUpdate baseline budget and schedule.
/li liTrack project cost and provide direction to the accounting department for the preparation of project invoices.
/li liAct as the primary interface between EnergySolutions and the client by implementing project status meetings and providing monthly schedule, project and financial input to management.
/li liEnsure that all activities are performed safely and in accordance with applicable Department of Transportation, Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Occupational Safety Health Administration standards, state requirements and all client procedures, permits and licenses.
/li liProvide leadership and direction to project personnel.
/li liManage personnel of varying disciplines and degrees of experience with an emphasis on teamwork.
/li liEnsure staff performs all activities safely and is committed to a safe, accident?free working environment.
/li liEnsure personnel obtain and maintain appropriate training,



qualifications and proficiencies using the Talent Database.

/li liHandle all aspects of complex projects and serve as a single point of contact for those projects.
