/liliTranslate Flutter's group people strategy into the Albanian reality, working hand-in-hand with the Corporate HR Competence Centers in Italy.
/liliOwn the full HR cycle on the ground: workforce planning and budgeting, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation, disciplinary matters, labor litigation, union and labor relations, and external partnerships.
/liliOversee General Services and Health, Safety Environment (HSE), making sure our people work in a safe, modern, and well-run environment.
/liliLead and coordinate the Communication team, ensuring internal and external messages reflect who we are and where we're going.
