You are passionate about real estate, able to go granular when needed, and comfortable taking end?to?end ownership of a business unit and managing institutional investors and real estate stakeholders alike.

/li liInvestor Relations – Own fundraising, reporting, and asset management with the CEO, building long?term, trust?based partnerships.




/li /ul h3Deal Asset Lifecycle Oversight /h3 ul liDeal Execution – Drive the full lifecycle of investments, from acquisition to return distribution, aligning all stakeholders.
/li liRenovation Management – Oversee the Renovation Manager and contractors, ensuring quality, timing, and cost efficiency.
/li liPortfolio Performance – Monitor demand trends with Sales Ops, activate corrective actions, and maximize absorption with Casavo agents.
