/p h3Essential Duties Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupporting the use of the full range of Project Management Process.
/li liProvide support on day-to-day delivery of projects and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision.
/li liSupport knowledge capture, sharing and innovation.
/li liSupport preparation and evaluation of tenders, contractor selection and contract documentation.
/li liSupport risk and value management.
/li liSupport contract administration for relevant contract provisions, monthly reporting, project meetings and other administration-based tasks.
/li liDeliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner to a high standard of quality.
/li liUndertake service delivery is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the business, particularly Health Safety and Quality Assurance.
/li liUndertake service in compliance with client's corporate governance procedures where applicable.




/li liAchieve all objectives as required by the annual performance review process.
/li liDemonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development and continuous improvement.
/li liSupport development and management of the project programmes and obtaining the buy-in off all stakeholders.
/li /ul h3Knowledge Skills Required: /h3 ul liDeveloping knowledge of construction industry technical matters.
/li liLimited technical project management skills.
More developed skills around following PM Processes: Risk, Opportunities and Issues, Change control.
/li liDeveloping an understanding of the entire project life cycle.
/li liGood oral and written communication and presentation skills.
/li liGood interpersonal skills with both client and staff.
/li liSupport stakeholder management.
/li liDemonstrate a high degree of integrity.
