- Lead Engineering, Product, and Design across an organisation of approximately 50 people

- Drive an integrated technology strategy serving patients and therapists

- Translate company priorities into clear direction and roadmaps

Requirements

- Significant leadership experience within Engineering or Technology, with meaningful responsibility for Product and cross-functional product development organisations





- Strong technical foundation and credibility, including understanding architecture, challenging technical decisions, and evaluating technology trade-offs

- Strong product judgement, balancing customer value, business priorities, engineering sustainability, and execution speed

- Track record of delivering successful digital products and scaling technology organisations in high-growth environments

- Experience in regulated or highly trust-sensitive environments such as healthcare, fintech, or other data-sensitive platforms highly valued

- Proven experience leading and developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and evolving organisations as they scale

- Low-ego leadership style with intellectual humility, curiosity, direct communication, and commitment to enabling others

- Ability to create clarity and accountability while giving leaders and teams meaningful autonomy

- Strong business acumen connecting Technology and Product decisions to company outcomes
