For a new automotive project, we are looking for aSenior Embedded Software Engineer , a professional with a strong technical fit, to work on low-level and platform software development.
Responsibilities
Develop and integrate embedded software components for automotive platforms.
Work on Board Support Packages, bootloaders and device drivers.
Contribute to embedded operating system integration and platform software development.
Configure, develop and integrate AUTOSAR Classic Base Software components.
Develop and integrate automotive communication drivers and protocols.
Support platform bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional software, hardware and systems engineering teams. Mandatory Requirements
Strong professional experience inautomotive embedded software development.
Strong proficiency inCfor embedded systems.
Experience withBSPs, bootloaders and device drivers.
Experience with embedded operating systems and platform software integration.
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols and related drivers, includingCAN, LIN and Ethernet.




Experience withAUTOSAR Classic Base Softwareintegration and configuration, particularly DCM, DEM, Communication Stack and Memory Stack.
Experience with embedded software development tools and build environments, including Python, Make or CMake, shell scripting and Yocto.
Strong experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex embedded systems.
Good written and spokenEnglishcommunication skills. Nice to Have
Programming experience in C++.
In-depth knowledge of Linux or QNX kernels and hypervisor technologies.
Experience with So C bring-up.
Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity technologies, including Secure Boot, Secure Diagnostics, HSM and CSM.
Experience with Vector Da Vinci Configurator or Da Vinci Developer.
Experience working on Infotainment or Connectivity platforms, including TCU systems.
Experience with Autonomous Driving systems or automotive High-Performance Computing platforms.
Knowledge of the Italian language.
