Define and execute inventory and replenishment strategies supporting business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Lead the Planning & Replenishment team
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and other key stakeholders
Lead inventory management activities across warehouses to maximize product availability, maintain high service levels, and optimize stock investment
Develop and implement replenishment strategies, planning parameters, and inventory policies
Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process
Monitor forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and key supply chain metrics
Identify improvement areas and support decision-making
Coach, develop, and lead the Planning & Replenishment team
Requirements
8 to 10+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, or planning roles, including experience leading teams
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Microsoft Excel
Fluency in both Italian and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills




Experience in electromechanical manufacturing environments, or similar industries such as automotive, considered a strong advantage
